City Action Partnership, commonly referred to as CAP, is a nonprofit striving to keep downtown Birmingham safe, clean, and friendly. We patrol downtown on foot, bicycles, and in trucks to help local businesses and anyone needing a hand while in the downtown area. We chaperone people when they feel uncomfortable by themselves, jump start cars, unlock vehicles when keys are left inside, help with flat tires, do traffic control and a wide range of other services. Downtown Birmingham is growing and is a wonderful place to shop, eat, work, and play! Come visit downtown and we'll be here to help!
