Our current portfolio represents apartment communities through the DFW Market as well as Waco, Tx and Amarillo, Tx  and Shreveport, LA for both in-house as well as third-party owners. The investment portfolio includes A, B and C properties staffed with team members skilled to meet owner and lender expectations. 

The company is complemented by a full-service professional team who has a depth of experience in all facets of full-service property management.  Additional services offered are a new development, construction services, and due diligence. Collectively, our staff retains the market knowledge, technical expertise and capacity to perform management on a long-term or an as-needed basis.  City Gate Property Group takes a hands-on approach, from the President and CEO to the Regionals who work directly with site teams and take responsibility for day to day operations for the property functions within the portfolios
