The City of Bayswater is a local government authority in the inner eastern part of the Perth metropolitan area, based in Morley, Western Australia. It serves a culturally diverse community of more than 65,000 residents and maintains a range of urban and green spaces, four burgeoning town centres, more than 380 hectares of green open space, and a 360-kilometre local road network.
