We are a local city government in the state of Minnesota.  City departments include Administration, Public Works, Museum, Fire Department, and Ambulance Service.  City amenities include a local public library, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hockey rinks/warming house, several city parks with playground facilities, a ball field, tennis courts, and a public beach with fishing pier on Brooks Lake.

Our government is run by a five member city council, which includes a mayor with a two year term, and four council members with staggered four year terms.  City council meetings are the second Monday of each month at city hall.
