Residents & visitors alike can enjoy a stroll through our tree-lined streets of the Downtown District and admire the architecture and rich history of Danville city buildings. Over 18 fabulous murals grace the brick walls of the historic Downtown District which were painted in 4 days by 160 Walldog artists from all over the world.

Danville is also home to the VA Illiana Health Care System providing quality health care to veterans while the OSF, Christie Clinic, Aunt Martha's and Carle healthcare systems provide local comprehensive health care to the community.
