Digital Transformation The City of New Braunfels relies on a mix of modern cloud and SaaS platforms (Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Google Search Console, Smartsheet, Adobe Experience Cloud, CivicPlus) suggesting ongoing digital governance needs and potential for managed services, security hardening, and interoperability consulting.

Public Sector IT With a government administration footprint and a mid-sized workforce (201-500), there is likely demand for secure collaboration, public-facing portals, and compliance-driven IT solutions including cybersecurity training (KnowBe4) and data governance tools.

Automation & Compliance Existing tech stack and administrative guidelines indicate opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and records management enhancements to support transparent public disclosures and efficient council operations.

Infrastructure & Security Utilization of Azure and Office 365 aligns with a focus on scalable infrastructure; security awareness training (KnowBe4) and cloud-native security services present a path for expanding cyber resilience and risk management offerings.

Strategic Growth Recent public sector achievements (MIH program, historic preservation partnerships, transit app launch, and airport of the year award) reveal openness to innovative solutions in mobility, public safety, heritage initiatives, and civic engagement platforms that can be cross-sold to similar municipalities.
