At City Year Dallas (CYD), we partner with Dallas ISD in historically underserved and underperforming schools to help ensure all children, regardless of race/economic background, receive an excellent education and achieve their full potential. 

To fulfill the needs of Dallas ISD students, City Year Dallas:
* Recruits‚ trains, and deploys Corps Members ages 18-25 from diverse backgrounds to serve full-time in a Dallas ISD school.
* Corps Members provide literacy, math, attendance, and social-emotional learning (SEL) interventions including one-on-one support for students most at risk of dropping out.
* Corps Members mirror the student body they serve, with 85% of corps members identifying as people of color.
