Citya immobilier is a French real estate services company focused on property administration. Based in Tours in the Centre-Val de Loire region, it was founded in the early 1990s by Philippe Briand. The group delivers four core activities—syndic de copropriété, gérance, location, and transactions—through a network of about 125 agencies across 92 cities and serves more than half a million clients. 

It is the third-largest operator in France's property-management market and the leading independent company in the sector. Growth has come from expanding its agency network and through acquisitions such as SIT in 2010 and Urbania in 2012; the group also maintains two wholly owned subsidiaries focused on communications and on insurance products.
