Cityscape Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice situated conveniently in the heart of Chicago's loop/downtown area on Michigan Avenue as well as in Hinsdale. 
Our passionate staff are highly specialized in treating Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Addictions, Adolescent Issues, relationship concerns and life transition struggles. 
We use mindfulness - informed and evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention and Radically Open DBT to ensure our patients make progress, meet their goals and achieve symptom improvement.
We are an insurance friendly practice, accepting BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care and some EAPS.
We welcome adolescents, adults, couples and families.
