Owner, Ingrid Kast Fuller, started the company December 31st, 1984 under the name CityScope Computer Services. In the late 80’s and early 90’s, CityScope started selling custom built computer systems, software and supplies. We installed computer systems, conducted computer training classes and provided custom programming services. CityScope had 3 stores on Southmore Ave in Pasadena, Texas from 1990 to 1999. We renamed the company CityScope Net in 1995 and became an Internet Service Provider with Internet access.
