Since 2000, CivCon Services, Inc. provides Program Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering and Civil Engineering Consulting Services on numerous transportation and public works projects throughout the region. CivCon employs over 40 professionals in the areas of Program/Project Management, Program Controls, Construction Engineering, Contract Administration, and most recently Planning and Design. CivCon has expanded their services to include Planning, Phase I studies, environmental NEPA support, design reports, and preliminary engineering. CivCon Services was established by Jorge A. Moreno, P.E., who brings over 31 years of Civil Engineering experience in areas of design, field engineering and program management. Mr. Moreno is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and Indiana and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
