Founded in 1994, Civil Constructors, Inc. grew to be one of the premier site grading and site utility contractors in Middle Tennessee. Since day one we have focused on establishing a company of simple integrity with straightforward values and an unwavering dedication to see our project commitments through with the client’s expectations always being a priority.

Based in Franklin, Tennessee, we have been a major player in the expansion and growth of Williamson County and the Metropolitan Nashville Area. We remain focused to service the needs of the middle Tennessee region in areas of clearing, site grading, excavation, and rock blasting with the expertise and capacity to also install underground utilities such as storm drain, sanitary sewer, domestic and fire water, gas, and electric/communication duct bank systems.

In addition, with our base and asphalt paving crews, we are able to self-perform the vast majority of site related items when it comes to commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects. Civil has had the fortune of being involved in many high-profile projects such as the Tennessee Titans football stadium, Schermerhorn Symphony Hall, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone and Nissan North American Headquarters, Opryland USA Flood Protection, numerous athletic and academic improvements on the campuses of Vanderbilt, Belmont and Lipscomb Universities, countless Tennessee Department of Transportation contracts, and many municipal streetscape, utility and road improvement projects.

In September of 2013, we were extremely fortunate to be provided the opportunity to join the Dunn family of companies that enabled us to continue to be a major contributor to the record setting construction economy of the area with the financial and dedicated support needed to continue our success and improve our business.
