Clare Housing is a mid-sized nonprofit focused on housing programs, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It offers a continuum of affordable and supportive housing for people living with HIV/AIDS, with the goal of stabilizing lives and supporting health.

The organization began in 1987 with the opening of its first community care home to address end-of-life care for people with HIV/AIDS and has since become Minnesota's leading HIV-specific housing provider, serving about 300 individuals each year. Its low-barrier, supportive housing aims to help residents access essential medications, reconnect with family or work, and reduce the need for crisis services. Clare Housing also provides online educational resources, including a virtual HIV & Homelessness 101 session.
