Claremont Companies is a mid-sized private real estate firm focused on investment, development, and asset management. It is headquartered at Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Founded in 1968 by Patrick Carney, the firm began by investing in and developing residential multifamily properties in Southeastern Massachusetts and later broadened into hotels, retail centers, and office buildings. Today, Claremont owns more than 60 real estate assets, including hotels, apartments, office space, residential estates, and both vacant and leased land.

In July 2022, a Bridgewater-based affiliate acquired a property from WisPark, marking a recent addition to its portfolio.
