Clark Financial Planning Services LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser in the state of Florida, is a fee-only financial planning firm that specializes in providing holistic financial planning and investment advisory services to individuals, families, and small businesses. Being holistic means we work with clients on all aspects of their financial situation including retirement planning, portfolio analysis and investment planning including specific strategies and recommendations, insurance planning, estate planning, budgeting and cash flow, tax planning, college planning, and goal setting among others. We help to integrate all of these different areas together into a comprehensive plan. Being fee-only means the only fees we receive are the fees our clients pay us for the services we provide to them, and these fees are clearly spelled out in the client engagement agreement each client signs when they hire us. This means each client knows up front what they are paying for our services, and they know there are no additional hidden fees. We believe working this way is in the best interest of our clients as it allows us to find the right solutions for them without the financial influence of others. The primary service we provide is what we call the Open Retainer. With the Open Retainer, the client signs on for a yearly financial planning engagement that includes regularly scheduled meetings. In addition to these scheduled meetings, the Open Retainer includes additional face-to-face, email, and/or telephone conversations at no additional charge. The firm operates under the fiduciary standard. This means we must always put our client’s best interest first above our own and disclose any possible conflicts of interest to our clients. We practice modular financial planning, which means we breakdown and tackle each topic of financial planning with the client one at a time, allowing the client to more easily digest the information and implement recommendations.
