The Clearwater Bar Association (CBA), founded in 1930, is a voluntary professional association of 950+ lawyers & judges in Pinellas County. We are dedicated to the continuing education of our members & to community programs.

The mission of the CBA is to work for the greater good of attorneys & the community-at-large. We serve the legal profession by fostering reverence for the justice system within the community & act as a model of service & action.

All attorneys are encouraged to join the CBA to explore the many benefits afforded by our voluntary association & discover how it has enriched the careers of fellow legal professionals for the past eighty-three years. 

The CBA offers a variety of services to the legal community & the general public, such as conducting a Lawyer Referral Service to assist with finding qualified legal counsel. Also, the CBA conducts membership meetings, committee meetings, special events & continuing education programs. Our bi-monthly newsletter, the "Res Ipsa Loquitur" is published to educate & inform members about relevant legal issues. The CBA often co-sponsors activities with other local bar associations to enhance the membership experience.

This group provides members a forum to discuss legal topics, cultivate relationships with peers & keep up-to-date with the association’s happenings.
