The Clearwater Economic Development Association is a member-driven nonprofit organization founded in 1967 in Idaho. It aims to promote economic and community development and to foster a stable, diversified economy across five North-Central Idaho counties: Idaho, Lewis, Latah, Clearwater, and Nez Perce. In 2023, the organization hired Gary Cahill as a Business Finance Specialist to support its business development and finance programs. It serves the North-Central Idaho region through collaborative efforts among public entities, communities, and partner organizations.
