Cleveland Ballet is a resident professional ballet company based in Cleveland, in Northeast Ohio. Founded in 2014, it programs a mix of classical and new works, with the aim of keeping classical and neoclassical ballet accessible and relevant to audiences of diverse ages and backgrounds. The organization develops dance and outreach initiatives that meet high standards to engage the community and inspire viewers. Under Artistic Director Timour Bourtasenkov, the company has expanded to 28 artists from nine countries and territories, and it presents annual main-stage productions at Playhouse Square as well as performances throughout the region.

In April 2024, Cleveland Ballet announced the appointment of Larry Goodman as president and chief executive officer. The company operates within the performing arts industry, delivering both main-stage productions and community performances in the Cleveland area.
