We offer free credit checks and pre-approvals for everyone, whether they ultimately decide to work to us or not. Once the borrower chooses to work with us, they are truly working with Cliffco, never a third-party. We have an in-house staff of processors and underwriters who work the file from the initial disclosures to the closing table.

Along with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans we offer construction loans, reverse mortgages, and non-QM loans such as; asset depletion, self-employed bank statement programs, no debt service coverage investor cash-out refinances, and true no-income mortgages.
