Clockshop is a Los Angeles–based arts organization that works with artists to deepen the connection between communities and public land, with the aim of fostering belonging and care in urban spaces. Operating in the artists and writers field, it pursues place-based projects that use public spaces as sites for collaboration and reflection. The organization is relatively small in size, and its work centers on fostering dialogue between communities and the places they inhabit. It partners with public institutions and cultural partners to realize site-specific programs and artist commissions in parks and other public lands in the Los Angeles region. A notable recent development is a 2024 collaboration with Reserve California and California State Parks to host the Community & Unity People's Kite Festival at the Los Angeles State Historic Park. Past initiatives have included Listening by Moonrise with Floating and artist commissions connected to Los Angeles State Historic Park.
