Cloud Grid Networks, LLC is an IT services and consulting firm based in Miami, Florida, founded in 2011 by Alex Napolitano to serve small businesses in South Florida. The company provides Infrastructure as a Service and advanced consulting aimed at delivering highly available data center capabilities at a competitive price. It emphasizes close collaboration with local IT staff and does not outsource or operate as a managed service, with a goal of not displacing the local IT manager.

The business is organized into two distinct areas: data center services, which cover connectivity, networking and WAN, virtualized compute and storage, backup, and security within the data center; and consulting services focused on on-premise private cloud and networking deployments, as well as on-premise unified communications. Its target market comprises small businesses in the South Florida region seeking integrated infrastructure and consulting support that aligns with in-house IT leadership.
