Revenue opportunities Current revenue under one million plus affiliations with larger firms indicate potential for scalable, repeatable services such as design systems, documentation templates, and ongoing program management for repeat clients.

Market positioning Smaller firms in the same space as large AEC players often win by niche expertise and agile responsiveness; propose strategic partnerships, subcontracting, or white-labeled services to augment bids with ecological design and zoo-specific experience.
