Club Horizon, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, is a psychosocial rehabilitation program serving adults, age 18 or older, with mental illness. Club Horizon is based on New York's Fountain House model. (Fountain House, which opened its doors in 1948, still operates successfully).

    Members receive psychosocial services through Club Horizon's program of meaningful work and meaningful relationships. Members work at their own speed to regain the confidence and skills necessary to lead vocationally productive and socially satisfying lives.

    To increase community acceptance and improve the quality of life for adults with serious mental illness by facilitating meaningful work, education, housing, and social opportunities.
