Coal Country Community Health Center is a local non-profit rural community health center with clinics in Beulah, Hazen, Killdeer and Center, North Dakota, where staff provides comprehensive health services to its populations across the lifespan, including required primary and preventative medical care services, diagnostic and screening services, laboratory services, care coordination, physical therapy, behavioral and mental health services, substance use services, medication assisted therapy-suboxone program, diabetic education, outreach and enrollment, health education, visiting specialists, and visiting nurse services.
