Founded in 1984, CJJ is a nationwide coalition of State Advisory Groups (SAGs) and allies. CJJ works to prevent youth from becoming involved in the courts, and upholding high standards of care when youth do enter the system. CJJ provides training, technical assistance, networking, and conferences to SAGs and youth justice staff nationwide. CJJ advocates for youth justice policy issues on behalf of SAGs.
