Coast Electric Power Association is a member-owned electric utility serving communities along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Based in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, the cooperative operates as a regional electricity distributor for coastal communities. Ron Barnes was appointed president and CEO in 2017.
