Coastal Careers, Inc. opened its doors in 1997 with the goal of being an extension of our clients HR department to provide tangible results that improve our client’s business. While many staffing firms focus solely on pushing numbers as quickly as possible, Coastal Careers does it slightly different. 

As a business services company, we believe exceptional service is a given, not a differentiator. We focus on working with clients that understand the importance of having the right candidates in the right positions. We build a strong understanding our client’s business, so we know what is important, what works, and how to provide the most value. Next, we put together a staffing program that provides quick, effective, and predictable results.

We are not the largest company, but we have access to the same resources and technology, which enables us to make changes for our clients quicker than a large corporation.
