The Coastal Prairie Conservancy has a professional staff skilled in public policy, land negotiations, land management, environmental education and accounting. The organization is overseen by a Board of Directors; its members make policy and assess the effectiveness of the organization. An Advisory Board of Directors provides additional expertise to help the organization meet its short- and long-term goals.
