Codell Construction Company is a fifth generation, family owned corporation.  J.C. Codell established the company’s headquarters in Winchester, KY in 1914, as a heavy and highway construction company.  Codell Construction Company diversified into the field of Construction Management in the mid-1980’s.   Since then, Codell has successfully completed hundreds of projects in Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Louisiana, Georgia, and North Carolina, through Construction Manager, Construction Manager at Risk, and General Contractor project delivery methods.  We have provided pre-construction, construction phase, and post construction phase services for new construction and renovation projects with budgets ranging from one million to forty-five million dollars. Three generations of the family currently work for the company in various positions. Codell employs 38 people as executives, project managers, construction managers, and administrative staff.   These employees continue to provide Codell’s clients with the same quality, commitment, and integrity that the company was founded on.
