COFA Alliance National Network (C.A.N.N.) is a nonprofit organization based in Salem, Oregon, focused on advocacy for residents of the Marshall Islands, Palau, and the Federated States of Micronesia under the U.S. Compact of Free Association. The organization seeks social and economic justice under the law for COFA residents in Oregon and across the United States and its territories.
