Cogent Road, Inc., now part of The Chronos Solutions family, provides IT services and consulting focused on the mortgage industry. It is based in Coppell, Texas, in the Dallas area, and operates as a small team. In 2016, Chronos Solutions completed its acquisition of Cogent Road, expanding the range of services available to Cogent Road’s clients. 

Together, the firms provide end-to-end support across the mortgage lifecycle, including credit verification, title and settlement, appraisal and valuation, HOA solutions, asset liquidation and disposition, field services, and asset acquisition and investor services. Chronos Solutions also provides enterprise software for mortgage and loan servicing to help lenders and servicers manage workflows, data, and compliance.
