It all started in the fall of 2002 when Carmen de Jongh and her family moved from Miami, FL to Chicago.  Since 2002, Colfax Realty Group has been helping its clients in Miami and Chicago with their real estate needs. The company grew very quick and in 2004, Carmen expanded the geographic scope of the company to include Boston and New York. In 2006, Carmen opened an office in Panama and formed partnerships in several nations across Latin America, Canada, Europe and the Middle East in response to the second home market boom across the region. Colfax managed sales and marketing for several projects in Panama with over $200,000,000 in sell out. In 2010, Colfax Realty Group’s Chicago and Evanston locations started an exciting new chapter in their company’s evolution by entering into a partnership with @ Properties, Chicago’s leading real estate brokerage. This union helped expand its strategic marketing efforts and provided the most sophisticated technology and market research available to its agents and clients.

Today, Colfax Realty is a boutique real estate firm that employs a hands-on approach to satisfy the demands of its Clients. We are a multifaceted, service-oriented and multinational organization, structured from the ground up to cater specifically to the US and international real estate end user, investor and broker communities.
