Collaborative Consulting is a mid-sized IT services and consulting firm based in Burlington, Massachusetts. Now part of CGI, it designs, builds, and implements technology-driven solutions intended to address complex business and IT challenges. The company uses a hybrid delivery model that combines specialized on-site expertise with cost-efficient, US-based off-site development and support, including a rural onshore solution center for ongoing work and managed services. It operates as a privately held, employee-based organization and emphasizes delivering measurable results rather than hours worked. This approach has supported steady growth and a loyal client base, and the firm has earned recognition as a Best Firm to Work For while regularly appearing on industry growth rankings. A concrete recent development is a December 2020 partnership with Kern Public Health to offer flu immunizations to clients and staff.
