Collegeboxes operates in the consumer services space, offering on-campus pickup, summer storage, and on-campus delivery for students at select campuses. The service aims to streamline the moving and storage process for students by providing real-time tracking, online account management, and around-the-clock customer support, with off-campus delivery available for certain fees and restrictions. The company serves students and campuses, addressing the logistical challenges of packing, transporting, storing, and re-delivering belongings during break periods or academic moves. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, the organization appears positioned as a student-focused storage and shipping provider within the broader self-storage and logistics ecosystem, with partnerships and recognitions noted in recent press. A notable development includes a collaboration with Urban Outfitters through Collegeboxes by U-Haul, highlighting a networked approach to improving college move-in experiences. The business operates with a relatively small team and maintains a presence on its website for campus service listings and support.
