In the UK the Collegiate brand is licensed by the Collegiate AC Group for management purposes to Arlington Advisors Ltd, trading as Collegiate UK, an operator and manager of student accommodation with over 10,000 beds in 21 cities across the UK. 

In Europe, Collegiate AC Group work as an integrated development and operating platform, focusing on class-leading, resort-scale, residences for students and recent graduates that stand at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the student experience. These resort-scale residences are located in historic university cities, backed by value-add and core investors depending on the project phase. Collegiate AC Group already has over 3,000 of these new generation apartments completed or in active development, primarily in Italy, and is working on pipeline to exceed 10,000 apartments in development over the coming years. Collegiate AC Group has offices in the UK, Madrid and Milan.
