Collier County Medical Society is a nonprofit professional association for physicians in Collier County, based in Naples, Florida. Its mission is to support physician members so they can better serve the community’s healthcare needs. Founded in 1957 with ten physician members, the society has grown to include nearly six hundred physicians across all specialties. Membership is voluntary, and CCMS maintains close relationships with local medical facilities and vendors to support its activities and its charitable arm, The Foundation of CCMS.

Recent developments include the installation of Glenn Groat, MD, as the 69th President at the Annual Meeting & Installation on June 20 at Arthrex One Conference Center, and ongoing Foundation-supported activities such as the Docs and Duffers charity golf tournament and the Women’s Health Forum.
