Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN) is a Denver-based organization that coordinates a network of twenty Colorado Community Health Centers, which form the core of the state's primary health care safety net. It educates policymakers and stakeholders about the needs of CHCs and their patients, provides resources to strengthen CHCs, and supports maintaining high-quality care. CHCs operate across rural, frontier, and urban settings, delivering comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to one in seven Coloradans. These centers are governed by community boards in which a majority of members are patients and serve low-income working families while treating all patients regardless of their ability to pay. As part of the Hospitals and Health Care sector, CCHN serves as a policy and resource hub aimed at sustaining a network that expands access to care. In February 2023, CCHN released a value-and-impact analysis showing Community Health Centers contribute at least $1.7 billion in economic activity to Colorado and support thousands of health-care careers.
