We are a non-profit organization providing youth and adults with construction training and professional development to bridge the middle-skills employment gap. We specialize in hands-on programming for unemployed and underemployed individuals, in-school and out-of-school youth, and adults who need new skills in order to gain employment in a new industry. We envision a Colorado where all people, particularly those with barriers to employment, have opportunities to learn pre-apprentice skills in construction trades. This vision not only gives individuals back-pocket skills that safeguard against unemployment, but ensures that the local workforce is prepared to meet the large and growing demand for construction labor moving into the next decade and beyond.
