The Colorado Convention Center and Bellco Theatre is a mid-sized events venue located in downtown Denver, Colorado, serving as a convention center and performance space. Opened in 1990 and expanded in 2005, the facility was planned with input from more than 100 meeting planners and architects to balance aesthetics with practical, user-friendly design and efficient traffic flow. It hosts more than 250 events each year, catering to a mix of conventions, conferences, exhibitions, and performances. The center sits in a hub of activity, within easy walking distance of over 8,400 hotel rooms, 300 restaurants, nine theatres of the Denver Performing Arts Complex, and a wide array of shopping options. In 2026, it was named a finalist to host the 2028 Democratic National Convention, reflecting its role in supporting large-scale, high-profile events.
