Colorado Home Merchant is a locally owned Real Estate company offering services for buyers and sellers all over the Denver Metro area.  We offer Flat Rate services to Sellers who wish to sell by owner - but with a little help.  We also still provide the traditional full service brokerage assistance for Sellers but at much lower non-traditional cost.  In addition, our Buyer Services provide home seekers the benefit of individualized attention from a Broker who is 4th generation in the metro area.  

Times have changed in the world of real estate.  There is no need to pay such high commissions - especially in such a tough market.  Sellers deserve to have more choices so that they might hold on to more of the equity in their homes.  I am able to offer these options since I am not part of a large real estate company which limits what I am able to provide.  

I keep overhead costs low and quality of services high while constantly keeping updated with the never ending changes in this business.  Please don’t hesitate to contact me.
