In 1977, Joel opened the Colorado Landmark doors for the first time with a clear mission:

Provide the most personalized support, flawless guidance and unrivaled knowledge of the real estate market to local and global Boulder County homebuyers and sellers.

One year later, he purchased his first home in Chautauqua Park fulfilling his dream, and in so doing discovered the identity of his burgeoning business.

From that day forth we became Colorado Landmark Realtors.

Today, we are sixty agents strong in two offices located to best serve the growing and expanding needs of our clients. Each member of our team each shares our mission and philosophy and dedicated to serve. Over the years we have modernized our services and tools to incorporate the latest technology, systems and techniques.
