Colton Capital Partners, LLC is a family owned investment company based in Houston that invests in small and middle market private companies across a variety of industries.  Colton’s investment approach is centered on partnering with experienced and motivated management teams who are looking for equity capital and a trusted business partner.

 Our goal is to be a trusted adviser and counselor on key financial and strategic decisions, typically through active participation on the Board of Directors.    Our support of management teams has enabled companies to grow and our track record demonstrates that we have helped create significant wealth for our management teams upon exit.

Colton Capital’s funds are used for growth, acquisition financing, buyout of partner, or management-led recapitalizations. Additionally, we invest in start-up opportunities with proven management teams

Colton Capital targets equity investments of $100,000 to $20.0 million. 

Uses of capital include the following: startup, growth, acquisition, geographic expansion, restructuring, shareholder liquidity, recapitalizations and management buyouts.
