Columbia Basin Care is the region’s only independent, non-profit, skilled rehabilitation and long-term care facility. Our team of over 100 employees provide around-the-clock medical care for over 60 residents. Our on-site Geriatric Nurse Practitioner serves as a primary care physician, providing consistent and immediate medical attention. An expert team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists are conveniently in-house to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and restorative services. Set on five serene acres, Columbia Basin Care is located within Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area and in the small-town city of The Dalles, just over an hour east of Portland.
