Columbia PhytoTechnology was founded to develop nutritional ingredients with demonstrated bioactivity.  This approach to product development led to several innovations including the development of Radiant Zone Drying Technology and new methods to test for immune activity and antioxidant activity (Electro-Ox).  We now focus in these three distinct but related areas:
1) Providing Radiant Zone Drying equipment
2) Antioxidant testing services, and utilization of these two technologies to
3) Manufacture pure powdered ingredients that are backed with bioactivity testing and published research.
Chronology:

2000  Established to develop technologies related to proven bioactive nutritional powders.
2002  Developed Electro-Ox Antioxidant tester.
2002  Pilot Dryer on-line for technology evaluation, toll processing, & product development.
2004  Received Patent # 6539645 for Radiant Zone drying.
2004  Published immune cell stimulation from polysaccharides in CRC press.
2004  Developed active polysaccharide standardization method.
2004  Launched Immune stimulant extract powder into Rexall Sundown Purity Line.
2005  Developed fruit and vegetable powders product line.
2005  Blood plasma study shows cumulative effects of antioxidant supplements.
2006  Sold, constructed, and installed commercial Radiant Zone Dryers.
2007  Expansion of manufacturing capacity in extraction, concentration and Radiant Zone Drying
