Comanche County Medical Center (CCMC) Health System is a not-for-profit healthcare organization based in Comanche, Texas. Serving communities across Stephenville, Brownwood, Comanche, Dublin, De Leon, Rising Star, Goldthwaite, and Abilene, CCMC offers a broad range of medical services.

Our health system includes a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with general surgery, a 24/7 Level 4 ER, a swing bed unit, full-service imaging and radiology, and a 24/7 laboratory. CCMC operates four primary care clinics, staffed by experienced family medicine doctors and advanced practice providers, and hosts many visiting physician specialists from across Texas.

Each primary care clinic is supported by an adjacent CCMC nonprofit retail pharmacy, providing services like low-cost medications, free delivery, medication management, specialty pharmacy services for complex medicines, and compounding.

CCMC's additional services include telehealth for adults and children, occupational health, chronic care management, wound care, COVID-19 care, infusion therapies, diabetes management and education, a mobile health clinic, assisted living, long-term care, and county-wide EMS.
