The Commercial Real Estate Alliance of Indiana (CREA-Indiana) is a statewide association of commercial real estate professionals that operates independently of the REALTOR trademark, and is based in Indianapolis. It coordinates education, information, networking, and public policy to support its members. Members may access discounted options, including a subscription to the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange (ICREX) and reduced pricing for the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference and events, with eligibility for industry awards and free quarterly networking events.

The Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICBR) functions as a subsidiary of CREA-Indiana and was established in 1994. It comprises real estate practitioners who work across brokerage, leasing, appraisal, property management, and development to serve commercial clients. ICBR members gain access to a network of more than 700 professionals, quality educational opportunities, and a coordinated voice for commercial real estate in Indiana. Members participate in broader REALTOR organizations, including the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the NAR Commercial section, and they adhere to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics.
