Common House operates a network of modern social clubs within the hospitality sector, designed to foster connection. Its spaces are multi-use environments where members can dine, work, and socialize, supported by programming and experiences aimed at helping them engage with the communities they call home. Founded in 2017 and based in Charlottesville, Virginia, the company has established locations in Charlottesville, Richmond, Chattanooga, and New Orleans, with plans to expand to other mid-sized cities.

The clubs target individuals seeking community and meaningful social and professional experiences, offering an inclusive space for dining, coworking, and events. In the broader hospitality landscape, Common House positions itself as a provider of third spaces that blend social life with work and leisure, and it recently opened a location in New Orleans in 2024.
