Communication Science is a leader in patient education innovations. We design and manufacture over 100+ condition-specific Care Kits and Care Kit Guides to help people manage their own self-care.  Our clinical and research staff use an ethnographically-based understanding of patients’ needs to compose a written guide illustrating how to best self-care for long term diseases, in conjunction with health aids or nurse care.

We are passionate about patient self-care and patient advocacy and our goal is to work with hospitals and home health agencies to reduce the overall cost of healthcare by making people more self-sufficient at their own care.
