Our social workers come alongside students and their family to identify their unique needs, such as food anxiety, lack of adequate clothing, rent and utility assistance, transportation to services, and mental health counseling, all while creating individualized case management plans to address these needs.

Currently serving over 5,000 students in 85 campuses across 12 districts, our social workers and mental health supports team meet students where they are at, collaborating with local partners and working together to remove barriers to student success. Our mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life – we show up for our students! With over 80% of students improving attendance and 98% graduating, it is clear – being present matters, for students and their community of support.
