Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our nation’s residents by assisting communities in implementing the Baldrige-based Communities of Excellence Framework.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that trains community leaders in the Baldrige-based Communities of Excellence Framework and hosts a National Learning Collaborative of US communities.  The learning collaborative provides opportunities for communities to work together; share successes, challenges, ideas, and best practices; and learn from each other on their performance excellence journeys.
